1. Application of the Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all orders placed through the Lugpal online shop. They define the contractual relationship between Lugpal and the purchaser. Any terms differing from these will only apply if agreed to in writing by Lugpal.

2. Conclusion of Contract

By placing an order on our website, you submit a binding offer to purchase the items in your cart. The contract is only concluded when Lugpal confirms your order via email. Please ensure that all information entered during checkout is accurate to avoid delays.

Lugpal accepts various payment methods, including credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer. Payment is due immediately upon order confirmation, and orders are processed only once payment is received in full. Payment options may vary depending on the customer’s country of residence.

4. Delivery Conditions, Goods Shipment, and Shipping Costs

We ship worldwide from the EU. Delivery times vary based on product availability and destination. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed but are provided as a guide. Any customs duties, taxes, or other fees are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on the destination. Lugpal is not liable for delays due to customs clearance or other circumstances beyond our control.

Availability of Products

Product availability is generally indicated on the product page. If a product is temporarily out of stock, customers may request to be notified of restocking. In cases where availability is not indicated at the time of the order, Lugpal will notify the customer without delay if the product is unavailable.

If a product is unavailable, Lugpal may offer an alternative product of equivalent quality and price, subject to the customer’s agreement. Should the customer choose to cancel the order for the unavailable product, Lugpal will refund all payments made for the product within 30 days of the order.

For minor negligence, Lugpal’s liability is limited to foreseeable damages resulting from the breach of essential contractual obligations. Ownership of the goods remains with Lugpal until full payment is received. You are not permitted to resell or otherwise dispose of the goods until ownership has transferred to you.

Promotions and discount codes may be offered occasionally and are subject to their own terms, as specified at the time of promotion. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated, and they may be restricted to specific products or time periods.

9.1. Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing a reason. The withdrawal period begins the day after the goods are received. To exercise this right, please inform us in writing (by email or post) within the withdrawal period. Customers outside the EU may have additional rights as per their local laws.

9.2 If you withdraw from this contract, Lugpal will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery. The refund will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods, provided they are in original condition. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
